Our
newest Pesto brings the fresh, aromatic flavor of Cilantro
to you year-round! In the tradition of our other Gold Medal
winning sauces, we use only the Freshest Quality ingredients
available. FRESH CILANTRO is blended with just the right
amount of olive oil, imported romano cheese, fresh garlic,
jalapeno peppers, spices and water.
Sauces
Must be Thinned out to use over Pasta
Approx. 1 part Cilantro Pesto to 1 part cream or water.
Try it on Red Pepper Pasta.
To thin this sauce out, we recommend chicken stock, white
wine, cream, olive oil or water.
Grilled Chicken, Pork, Veal, Fish
or Shellfish
Use as a marinade, thinning with white wine or chicken broth
or water. Wonderful as a finishing sauce on all these items.
Spreads
Mix with mayo and use on Wrap sandwiches.
Mexican Flavors
Treats
Mix with avocado for a new guacamole, serve with tortilla
chips plain or mix with salsa and sour cream.
Lamb
Butterfly and marinate leg of lamb and brush with Cilantro
Pesto while grilling.
Pizza
Brush crust with Cilantro Pesto and add fresh chopped tomatoes,
black beans and top with Monterey Jack cheese. Mix with
tomato sauce or salsa and use instead of Pizza Sauce
