available. Fresh Cilantro is blended with just the right amount
of olive oil, imported romano cheese, fresh garlic, jalapeno peppers,
spices and water. Can be used in place of Fresh Cilantro in most
recipes. Can be thinned out with 20% water, stock or cream.

is a very complex sauce made with butter, white wine, fresh garlic,
lemon juice, spices, etc., it has a total of over 20 ingredients.
Ours is more classic French in nature. You can add more garlic if
you like. It goes well with shrimp, fish, all seafood, chicken,
veal, pasta, vegetables, etc. Saute seafood in sauce, pour over
pasta. Great seafood pasta dish. CAN BE THINNED OUT WITH 20% WATER,
STOCK, OR WINE.

1996. Our Puttanesca Sauce is a tomato based sauce made with olive
oil, fresh garlic, anchovies, tomatoes, red wine, parsley, oregano,
basil, hot pepper, capers and black olives. It is a very aromatic
sauce. Excellent on any kind of pasta, wonderful over fish, chicken
or veal. A great tasting sauce native to Naples, Italy. Puttanesca
means "Ladies of the Night." Legend has it that the "Ladies
of the Night" in Naples used to cook this by an open window.
The aroma would go out onto the sidewalk, enticing gentlemen walking
by to come inside. CAN BE THINNED OUT WITH 20% WATER.

not generally found in restaurants. The blending of ripe tomatoes,

an OUTSTANDING flavor. This sauce is excellent on pasta, fish, seafood,
chicken, etc. CAN BE THINNED OUT WITH 20% WATER.
