Our Napolitano Tomato Sauce is a homemade recipe derived from our founders’ Neapolitan mother. Our sauce has the “homemade” flavor not generally found in restaurants. The blending or ripe tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, red wine and various other spices give this sauce an OUTSTANDING flavor. This very aromatic sauce is excellent over any kind of pasta or chicken, meat, vegetables, veal and fish. This heavy based sauce can be thinned out up to 20% depending on your preference.
Variations:
Pasta – Cook your pasta to your liking and pour heated Napolitano Sauce right over it to create an incredible dish. For additional flavor add your favorite cooked vegetables to the mix as well.
Seafood Medley: Sauté shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels, etc., right in the Napolitano Sauce and pour over your favorite pasta.
Fra Diablo: Add ¼ to ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. Pour over your favorite pasta, shrimp or other seafood.
Vodka Sauce: Add 1 Oz. vodka and 3 Oz. heavy cream to the Napolitano Sauce. Pour over your favorite Pasta. Add some cooked chicken and sun-dried tomatoes for an extraordinary dish.
Meat, Chicken, Veal or Fish: Use this sauce right over your cooked Chicken, Veal or Fish for a great variation and added flavor.
Pizza: Tremendous as a sauce for your homemade Pizza, as is, or add a little mozzarella cheese on top.
